Bateman Island/Wye Park Cleanup

This year we have decided to participate in the REI #OptOutside campaign by organizing a cleanup of the Bateman Island/Wye Park area on the Friday after Thanksgiving. So the day after stuffing yourself, you can get out to enjoy some fresh air and help clean up one of our most popular recreation areas. We will meet in the Wye Park parking lot that overlooks the Bateman Island causeway. The cleanup is scheduled to start at 10:00, so please arrive a little early to sign in (a City of Richland volunteer release is required for each participant). Bring work gloves if you have them and dress for the weather.
